Accoyo Caligula
CALIGULA DIED APRIL 16, 2003 at the age of 17. I MISS HIM. WATCH FOR HIS OFFSPRING.
Caligula had served in Don Julio Barreda's plantel de mujada herd prior to his importation into the U.S., and he was the owner's top pick in the 1994 Peruvian Elite Sale. At the age of 8, he had incredibly soft, dense fleece with a CV 0f 17% and micron of 22.
Caligula is an Accoyo plantel male who, according to Don Julio, was the only male unintentionally sent to America. While Clyde Haldane of Australia was selecting Accoyo herdsires for export to the US in 1994, Caligula jumped over a rock wall into the selection pen and Clyde astutely announced "I'll take that one." Caligula has proven to be a good choice. He is of the renowned Shangri La line of the Accoyo Estancia.

Aragon
He's ready to start his breeding career. If you're looking for conformation look no farther. The judge looked at him from all angles. It was MAPACA and the class was shorn. He exclaimed "Now I want you to put this body in your mind. He's conformationally perfect." He took the Blue of course. Short muzzled & full coverage from topknot to toes...but, he's orange from our clay in virginia so his fleece is a mess. Maybe when you see him we'll check
him out together. Price upon request

Peruvian Magnum
Peruvian genetics "This is the fleece to breed for" said Judge Maggie Kreiger. Phenotypically his head mirrors that of a vicuna with a dense topknot thrown in. Genetically, he is a strong Alianza macho from a line of champions. Exceedingly dense and fine with a low CV (denotes uniformity). His breedings are limited. I'M NOT KIDDING...HE HAS ONE OF THE BEST FLEECES IN THE WORLD!
